All products are prepared in a licensed, quality-controlled location in my home, using all natural ingredients with no added preservatives. All recipes and preparation instructions have been thoroughly tested. 

These dry baking mixes have good shelf stability for 9 to 12 months and should be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

However, it is recommended that they be prepared within 30 to 60 days of receipt, in order for you to enjoy maximum freshness and performance.


Baking times and temperatures are stated for standard range ovens (NOT convection ovens), and assume that your oven temperatures are correct for the indicated settings.

It is recommended that you test your oven with a reliable oven thermometer to verify that it is correct.


All products (excluding Gluten Free Mixes) contain unbleached enriched flour and/or whole wheat flour and should be avoided by anyone with allergies to wheat products.

The list of ingredients shown on each label clearly identifies other possible food allergens, such as other grain products, where present.


Gluten Free Mixes are produced in a location where wheat may be present.

However, I use specific equipment to ensure that the Gluten Free Mixes are carefully prepared. 

All mixes are prepared in a nut-free location.
